I am a qualified executive coach and a strategic communication consultant specialising in leadership, engagement and change. I have over 20 years’ experience supporting leading organisations from the hospitality, rail, construction and technology industries; delivering the right level of communication aligned to the business strategy and its priorities.
As a coach I help people to maximise performance by supporting them to find clarity and focus. Building confidence and strategies to courageously grow, change or move forward in their work and lives. Along with my expertise in strategic communications, I have combined both disciplines to also help people to develop influence and impact, by creating space to think and awareness to act within a positive, non-judgemental environment.
I have an MA in Communication Management and I’m a qualified Executive Coach. A Fellow and Chartered PR Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), I also served as a board director. I am a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) and I co-host an award-winning podcast called Calm Edged Rebels.
