I believe that every leader can be an exceptional communicator. Also, that most business issues can be improved or even resolved with the right communication.
A while back I started to look into this as I supported leaders, managers and professionals with communication. I was frustrated that we were not quite achieving engagement and productivity. They were still having issues with values being adopted and business priorities being met etc. I wanted to change this because I knew that effective communication was key.
This led me to create and develop a framework of attributes to focus my approach on, called EDGE.
EDGE will help to improve how leaders communicate and engage with communications. It enables them to develop the impact
and influence they need to give them an advantage.
